Step by step

The free trial lasts 30 days. When it ends, you need to choose a subscription plan to keep using the platform.
Choose the monthly or annual plan and fill in the billing details (name, tax ID and address). On the next screen, Stripe's, you pay by card or by SEPA Direct Debit by entering the nursery's IBAN. You are charged automatically every month or year.
Your subscription is in the «My plan» circle on the home page (only the nursery's owners see it). There, «Manage subscription» lets you change your payment method, see your plan or cancel it, and you can download your invoices as PDF.

Good to know

There is no minimum term: if you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid.
The price depends on the children with an enrolment in force, counted on the 15th of each month. In “My plan”, “See who counts” shows the list of those children with their class and the end of their enrolment. If you change tier in two counts in a row, the school owners receive an email 10 days before it is applied, so they can correct enrolments first: on the monthly plan the new price applies from the next invoice and on the yearly plan the difference for the remaining months is charged. Teachers see none of this and an enrolment is never blocked.
