Pricing questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT (21 %) is added for nurseries in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Nurseries in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number and nurseries outside the EU pay no Spanish VAT.
How are children counted?
Only children with an enrolment in force count. Former children and those whose enrolment has already ended do not.
What happens if the number of children changes?
Children are counted on the 15th of each month. If you change tier in two counts in a row, we email you 10 days before applying it, so you can correct the enrolments if needed. On the monthly plan, the new price applies from the next invoice; on the yearly plan, the difference for the remaining months is charged. In summer the price does not drop because of enrolments ending in June.
How much does it cost with more than 100 children?
€0.50 per child per month. For example, a nursery with 150 children pays €75.00 per month excluding VAT. If you have several nurseries, write to us and we will prepare an offer.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
The features are the same. With annual billing you pay for 10 months and enjoy 12.
How much space do I have for photos and videos?
20 GB per nursery on every plan. The free-up-space tool also helps you delete old photos and files whenever you need to.
Do I have to pay for staff or families?
No. Staff and families are unlimited on every plan.
How do I pay?
By card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or by SEPA Direct Debit from the nursery's bank account, through Stripe, the payment platform. You choose when you subscribe and you are charged automatically every month or year. You receive an invoice for each period in your dashboard.
