Sign up
Fill in the sign-up form. You will receive an email to choose your password and log in. You get a 30-day free trial and we don't ask for a card.
Create your rooms and add your staff
Add your rooms and your children, and give your staff access. The first time you log in, a getting-started guide walks you through every step.
Invite the families
Add each child's families with their email address. With it they log in to the free Nursery Parents app for iPhone or Android, or from a web browser.
Send your first daily report
Fill in the report for the whole room at once, adjust what is different for each child and publish it. Families see it straight away.
My Nursery Manager needs no installation: all you need is a computer, tablet or phone with internet access.
