Freeing up storage space
Permanently deleting old content from a period.
Step by step
- In «Settings», scroll down to the «Danger zone» and click «Space cleanup».
- Choose the dates and what to delete: messages, albums, reports, events and/or menus.
- Check the preview, which tells you exactly how much will be deleted, and confirm. This cannot be undone.
Good to know
- Each nursery has 20 GB of storage on every plan.
- Albums sent to the bin don't free up space until they are deleted from the bin or cleaned up here.
