What is My Nursery Manager?
My Nursery Manager is a digital diary and management software for nurseries and early years settings (ages 0 to 3). The nursery works from a web browser with nothing to install, and families receive the daily report, messages, photos and menu in the free Nursery Parents app for iPhone and Android.
How much does it cost?
€33.00 per month for up to 50 children and €48.75 per month for up to 100 children. From 101 children, €0.50 per child per month. With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12. Prices exclude VAT. Unlimited staff and families and 20 GB of storage in every case.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, 30 days free with every feature. We don't ask for a card to start and there is no minimum term.
Can I use my nursery's logo?
Yes, and it is one of the things nurseries value most. In Settings you upload two logos: one for the web platform and one for the families' app. From then on the Nursery Parents app shows your nursery's logo instead of My Nursery Manager's, and the platform shows it in the top bar. Included in every plan.
What do families need?
Just a phone or a computer. The Nursery Parents app is free for iPhone and Android, and families can also log in from a web browser.
Which languages is it available in?
Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque, English, French, German and Portuguese. Each person (management, staff and families) chooses their own language, including for daily reports.
Where is the data stored? Is it GDPR compliant?
Data is hosted on OVHcloud servers in France, within the European Union, with encrypted connections (HTTPS). We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD): the nursery is the data controller for its children's data and La Charca Software acts as data processor. Photos and files are private and only open through signed links that expire.
Who can see the children's photos?
Only the nursery staff and the families of the children included in each album. Only children whose family has given image consent can be added to an album. Photos are never public: they open through signed links that expire.
Does it include a staff time clock?
Yes. Staff clock in and out, and management handles rotas and holidays and downloads clock-ins to Excel to comply with working time record rules.
Does the nursery need to install anything?
No. The nursery works from a web browser on any computer, tablet or phone (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebook, Android or iPhone). The apps in the stores are for families only.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no minimum term: you cancel the subscription from your dashboard and it stays active until the end of the period already paid.
