What to look for when choosing software for your nursery
- The daily report: how long it takes a practitioner to fill in the whole room's reports, not just one child's.
- The families' app: that it is available on iPhone and Android and in each family's language.
- The full price: whether it depends on the number of children, whether it includes VAT and which modules cost extra.
- The trial: whether you can use it with your nursery's real data before paying, without giving your card.
- Where the children's data is stored and who can see what within the staff.
How we made this comparison
- It includes the management programs for nurseries (ages 0 to 3) from companies and professionals based in Spain that we have found. We have left out platforms designed for schools and those that only handle communication with families.
- Every piece of data comes from the provider's website (prices, features, legal notice) or from its listing on the App Store and Google Play. We have not used reviews or third-party information.
- Prices are copied exactly as they appear on each website, with or without VAT as stated.
- My Nursery Manager appears first because it is ours; the others follow in alphabetical order.
- KinderTIC does not appear because its website was not responding on the day of the check.
