Creating and organising classes
Classes with their age group, capacity and teachers.
Step by step
- Go to «Classes», click «New class» and fill in its name, the children's age, the capacity and the teachers in charge.
- The occupancy bar shows how full each class is today.
- Open a class to see the children currently enrolled in it.
Good to know
- Children are not added from the class but from each child's record, with an enrolment period. This keeps the history of previous years.
