Talking to families: messages
A chat with each family and mass messages to a class.
Step by step
- In «Messages», search for a family by the father's, mother's or child's name and open their conversation.
- Send text, photos, files and voice notes. You can edit or delete your messages.
- To write to many families at once (a whole class or the ones you choose), use «Mass message».
Good to know
- Families get a notification on their phone and their replies arrive here, with an unread message counter.
- All staff with access can see the families' messages, so none goes unanswered if someone is off.
