For families: how to log in and what you can see

This guide is for the children's families.

Step by step

1. The nursery registers you and you receive a welcome email with a temporary password and the links to download the Nursery Parents app (free, for iPhone and Android).
2. Log in to the app with your email and that password. You can also log in from a browser at app.mynurserymanager.com.
3. You will see your children's daily report, messages with the nursery, the photo albums they appear in, the lunch menu, the calendar and the documents.

Good to know

• You only see information about your own children.
• If you have forgotten your password, tap «Forgot your password?» on the login screen and you will receive an email to create a new one.
• In the settings you can change your language and choose whether you also want notifications by email.
• If the nursery changes your account's email, you will receive a notice at the new address.
• For questions about your child or the nursery, write to the nursery from Messages.
